Overview of SSC GD 2025 Final Selection
The selection process concluded for a total of 53,690 vacancies across forces including the BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, SSF, Assam Rifles, and NCB.
- Total Candidates Selected: Approximately 50,047 candidates were provisionally shortlisted.
- Male Candidates: 45,115 selected.
- Female Candidates: 4,932 selected.
- Withheld Results: The results of 2,003 candidates have been withheld due to court orders or suspected malpractices.
- Debarred Candidates: 345 candidates were debarred from the process.
How to Check the SSC GD Final Result 2025
Candidates can now check their qualifying status on the official SSC website.
- Visit the official SSC website.
- Navigate to the “Results” tab on the homepage.
- Select the “GD” category tab.
- Look for the links titled “Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2025 – Final Result”.
- Download the Merit List PDF (separate lists are available for male and female candidates).
- Use Ctrl+F to search for your Roll Number or Name in the PDF.
Cut-off and Scorecards
Alongside the final merit list, the SSC released category-wise and state-wise final cut-off marks. These marks are calculated based on performance in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) and include NCC bonus marks where applicable.
While the merit list is live, individual scorecards for both qualified and non-qualified candidates are expected to be released shortly on the official portal.

What Happens Next?
For candidates whose names appear in the final selection list:
- Appointment: Selected candidates will be eligible for appointment as Constables (GD) in their allotted force.
- Joining Letters: Forces like BSF, CRPF, or ITBP are expected to issue joining letters via post or email between February and March 2026.
- Training: Instructions regarding training schedules and locations will be provided in the joining letters.
